Nuael
A downloadable game engine and editor for Windows and Linux
Nuael 0.2.1 — the first truly usable release.Nuael is a 2D game engine with a real editor: scenes, prefabs, prototypes, assets and atlases in one workspace — no engine dancing, no boilerplate. Built on Deno, WebUI and PixiJS v8, with a custom ECS at the core. What you get today:• A context-coded editor: scene, prefab and prototype each have their own color — you always know what world you're editing• Gizmos everywhere: move, rotate, scale right in the viewport• Honest undo/redo and honest logs — when something can't be done, the editor says so and why• A self-contained binary: download, unzip, run. Works fully offline• Windows and Linux builds from the same codebaseWhat it isn't yet: pre-alpha. Expect rough edges, missing features, and rapid changes. That's the deal: you get to watch an engine grow — and shape it.To make dreams sing in your heart again.Home: https://nuael.com and releases: https://github.com/nuael-engine/nuael
